Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is incorrect or damaged. All sale, discounted, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

To start a return, contact us at rckbottomfashion@gmail.com. Returns must be requested and approved before sending anything back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the return address and shipping instructions.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us at rckbottomfashion@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We'll make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We unfortunately do not accept returns on sale/clearance items


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return the original (if eligible), and place a new order.


European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must still be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, contact us at rckbottomfashion@gmail.com.
